Vickie has more than 20 years of management experience in the surgical environment including oversight of both inpatient and outpatient surgery departments and centers. Following her inpatient and outpatient hospital experience, she has overseen the growth of two very successful, multiple-OR outpatient surgery centers in addition to acting as Chief Operating Officer for a regional outpatient surgery/clinic organization and Regional Vice President for a national surgery chain.
Her experience rounds out our scope at Advantage Healthcare Systems. Vickie has vast experience managing clinical and administrative personnel and working with and for surgeons of every specialty, providing information and expert analysis of detailed financial reporting. She communicates her wealth of knowledge easily and freely which benefits our clients.
