Gordon has worked in the ambulatory care field since 1987. He has managed outpatient surgery centers, a busy private practice and a twelve physician surgical group. For the past 24 years, Gordon has specialized in the development, accreditation, certification, licensure and management of outpatient surgery centers. His organization has successfully achieved accreditation, certification or licensure in thirteen states for over 250 outpatient facilities.
 Throughout his consulting career, Gordon has specialized in providing personalized service, focusing on his clients’ success.
Gordon has overseen marketing, strategic planning, human resource and day-to-day management. He has been active in quality improvement activities and implemented process changes in ambulatory surgery centers across the country, including several national surgical center chains.

Due to Advantage’s constant involvement in on-site inspections by every accrediting organization and the Department of Public Health, Gordon stays abreast of the ever-changing landscape that includes standards and guidelines and the sometimes frustrating surveyor-interpretation of those standards and guidelines. Gordon prides himself on communicating these changes to Advantage clients.

Gordon earned his undergraduate degree in Communications Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles and received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Redlands in 1994.
