David is a practicing attorney who has over 30 years experience in closely held businesses, business negotiations and transactions. Based in downtown Los Angeles, David represents many international clients, positioning strategic alliances both in the Pacific Rim and in Europe.
Since 2002, David has assisted in the formation, funding, licensing, construction and sale of participating interests in ambulatory surgery centers, and otherwise dealing with various issues involved with surgery centers. As part of the Advantage Healthcare team, David brings clarity and
insight to the legal and business sides of ownership and operation of surgery centers, matching the licensing and clinical skills provided by other Advantage Healthcare team members.
David received his B.A. in Philosophy from U.C. Irvine, and his J.D. from Southwestern University.
